Description
Degassing agent XP103 is modified compound wax. It has the functions of eliminating the craters of film and reducing the melt viscosity of powder coatings. XP103 can be applied in all types of powder coatings and fits for the powder coatings on porous substrates.

Application and Property
1. The dosage is 0.5-2.0% of the total amount.
2. XP103 is extruded together with other materials through extruders after being mixed with other RM thoroughly by high speed mixer.
3. Satisfying degassing effect can also be obtained by dry-blending the degassing agent with powder coatings.
